It was like 110 degrees out and they were able to get there the same day. The technician said the company that put it in didnt wire it up right. It took him half an hour and everything worked perfectly. They are very honest. I would have bought a new air conditioner if I had to but they did not take advantage of me. I am going to use them on my other properties when my contracts are up. (Hide)

5 Stars! I called Ace Air a couple of weeks ago for a service. To start off, they were here in less than 6 hours.... (More) 5 Stars! I called Ace Air a couple of weeks ago for a service. To start off, they were here in less than 6 hours. When the tech arrived he was extremely courteous and polite. He immediately went to work on my unit and advised that my 13 year old unit was practically shot and advised a replacement. Money is tight these days but after seeing that it would cost almost as much to repair it as to replace it I had to make a serious decision. When he explained all of the payment options, I decided to purchase a new unit. They offered financing, tax rebates and dealer rebates, SRP rebates, free duct cleaning, discounted insulation, etc. The installers were there in less than 2 days and were very professional. They cleaned up after themselves and kept true to all of the promises that were made. I will recommend Ace Air to all of my friends and family. Kudos to you, Ace Air. You're #1 in my book. (Hide)
