Within three days we had so many sales calls we stopped answering the phone - then our answering machine had 14 calls in just one day. Some calls may have been legitimate calls but I didn't waste my time listening. If this continues, I will disconnect the land line. (Hide)

However, I draw the line at a $95 charge to my account when I am signed up for a 24.95 DSL service. When after DOZENS of calls to their support line I finally arrange a refund, they tell me I could receive it anywhere within 90 days. I'm the kind of person who suffers when the better part of a hundred dollars is illegally withdrawn from my account. I'm switching service providers soon and will advise everyone against using this company. (Hide)

And if your service isn't working it makes it very difficult to get to the .com site they keep referring you too. They need someone that is capable of elevating problems and getting them solved. They need to actually have offices you can go into and talk to a knowledgeable person, not someone trying to sell you what you don't want. I want my Bell South back. Bad, but local and I could hunt them down. Dallas TX could care less about problems in Georgia. The only reason there is a star is it's required. I give them a NEGATIVE RATING. (Hide)

I was waiting for a new business line to be installed. Waited all day and no tech showed up at all, no phone call from them at all. I called customer service and they were closed for the day... what a joke.

Anyone living in or around the Conyers Ga area can go to the store located on Dogwood Dr and ask for Scott he has helped for several years and is great for customer service and very knowledgeable with updates, services, and new phones.

Atat tells customers they will get service in the local area. They wont. I suggest going with Verizion Wireless. They are now the Largest Voice and Data service provider. I am an elderly woman on a budget and I keep getting charged for an amount we paid for previously. We have called 10 times to fix the problem over a span of a year. The problem would be fixed and 2 mos. later it would appear on our phone again. They report that they have received the money, but the COMPUTER keeps putting it back on the phone. This month, they finally told us to PAY the phone bill again or our service will be shut off. Sadly, my phone service was shut off because they wanted us to RE-PAY the amount over. When does taking advantage of a customer ever end? We spoke to supervisors, etc. Nothing changed, their service was a total failure, in more ways than one. (Hide)

I don't like some of the features such as not being able to shut that dumb noise off that it makes when you take a picture, but love the fact that it has a built in flash and the picture quality is awesome. It doesn't take videos either, that was a little odd as every phone I've ever had that has the ability to take pictures does video as well, but a small price to pay for a great phone (Hide)
