This term is not only associated with the nuts and bolts of employment, but with the morale and wellbeing of its employees.And the obvious effect their type of employment has on the ability of a parent to care for and maintain a family. A great deal of the problem is the absence of children in the company owners lives, that effects their ability to relate to family life and the day to day challanges that face their employees,and the effect that their "bare bones" employment offers . In short A Able painting takes a nuts and bolts approach to employment, and can be catagorized as "strip down" or "bare bones" type employers. While they spare no expense or inconvenience to their customers their "bread and water employment" is a different story.
