Summerville, SC 29485 USA On hold for 45 minutes. Loss of service on consecutive Sundays afternoons with no explanation.
Having to wait a week for a service representative to come to your house and troubleshoot your problem. Waiting a a second week to find out that the cable MODEM was disabled remotely at the office and that there is no problem at your house.
