Services are weak, installation a rip off-just a way to make twice the cost of the system back on extras the tech's try to sell you---getting rebates is a joke haven't seen mine yet after three months

Our equipment has malfunctioned fron day 1. We pay the techs $25 to come out and tell us to "bang" on our keychain remote or door sensor to make it work. We had to replace a sensor. then, to top it off the system went crazy and is beeping loudly... (More)
