(More) I ordered flowers as a wedding gift over the phone for a bridal couple staying at a Santa Barbara hotel. The flowers made it to the hotel room but without my card, I found out later. So the guests never knew they came from me. Naturally both Gigi's and the hotel ( Oceana) deny any responsibility for the mistake. More amazing is that when I complained to Gigi's , the guy responded, 'What are you complaining about? The flowers got there didnt they?' Typical So Cal small business behavior. I will use neither Gigi's nor Oceana Hotel every again. (Hide)
