The installers/technicians are just that. They install the equipment we sell and make sure that any problems that may occur during or after the installation are taken care of. I rely upon skilled people to make sure the work is done correctly and to my satisfaction as well as to the customers. I can not do it alone. That's why were hired.  (Hide)

We try to give the best service and the best prices possible to our customers. It's a little hard to reply to a... (More) We try to give the best service and the best prices possible to our customers. It's a little hard to reply to a customers needs the same day that a request for service is made. However, we usually can respond in one to two days. If the service requires equipment repair and the problem can not be taken care of on site, and needs to be sent out, then we are at the mercy of the repair station. Even then, everything that's sent out for repair or exchange is marked urgent. As for our technicians, we are a small company and good people with the knowledge and know how of what we do are hard to come by. But, the people that we have now are good, hard working people and should make it better for the customer and the company. Please keep in mind, that I the owner am always available. The same ol' guy.  (Hide)
