El Chihuahua Restaurant was started in 1978 by the Quinonez Family after the Manuel Quinonez left the Guadalupe Center (La Morena Cafe) to begin his own Mexican food restaurant. Through many years in the restaurant business, Manuel perfected his recipes to blend the taste and flavor of his homeland. This tradition is now being carried on by his family. We use only the best ingredients to prepare our dishes. Our food is made fresh to enhance the taste of each recipe.
