Saunas are one of the most wonderful places I've ever been to. I appreciate this wonderful place, I've been here twice since last month so far I liked it.

They are difficult to communicate with. Order was shipped with incorrect components. Had to pay shipping to have correct parts shipped. Not very customer oriented. Packaging was effective, but not very well designed, way too much cardboard. The saun... (More)

It is difficult to refute this without knowing the specifics because each order is custom. It appears this was for one of our FPF prefab sauna rooms. We build our rooms out of superior quality "heavier" material to last. The only item that needs... (More)
