I have turned all my update areas off for HP. Their customer service is outrageous. First they wreck your computer with their updates and then they try to get you to pay for their ineffective and unpleasant personnel to attempt to repair the problem they caused. No more HP products for me. If you want to stay in business in this economy you better supply excellent customer service or your customers will go elsewhere. (Hide)

I've been trying to get my notebook fixed for over a month and they still dont have the right address after calling them almost every day and repeating it everytime. probably the poorest service you can get with regard to promises and delivery. They promise to deliver by a certain date and then do not. They have way too many phone numbers and frequently refer you to another number which in turn refers you to sti... They have way too many phone numbers and frequently refer you to another number which in turn refers you to still another. They never fix a problem without giving you another problem. There CS personal are uncaring but say that they give good service and 'were you satisfied'. If you say no they want to hang up. My PDA has been back many times worth recurring problems. I love the gadget but hate the service and to make this worse I have extended warrantee which is not very helpful as they say that this is not covered!!!!! (Hide)
