Frank Leta has had the pleasure of selling Honda products in the St. Louis area since the 1960's. We started selling Honda motorcycles in St. Louis in 1965. In 1971, we became the first Honda automobile dealer in the Midwestern United States. Our original dealership, Northland Honda, operated in North Saint Louis County on West Florissant Road until 1985 when we relocated to Saint Charles Rock Road as Frank Leta Honda. In 1986, Frank Leta became one of the original Acura dealers when he opened Frank Leta Acura on Tesson Ferry Road in South Saint Louis County. After more than 40 years in North Saint Louis County, our Honda business had grown beyond the capacity of its facility, and in the fall of 2006 Frank Leta Honda relocated to the growing market of Saint Charles County. Frank Leta Honda now resides in the O’Fallon Auto Mall and is one of the most advanced facilities in the country, featuring state-of-the art technology throughout. Frank Leta Acura remains in the same location in South County, but has undergone major rennovations recently to better provide a luxury client experience worthy of the Acura name.

I made the mistake of trusting this dealership to honor the promises given to me during my sales pitch.... (More) I made the mistake of trusting this dealership to honor the promises given to me during my sales pitch. Unfortunately, my trust was misplaced and the gas card I was promised was never given to me. I was subsequently told that the dealership would not do anything to help me recover any of the $500 dollars that were promised to me with the gas card. Upon further inspection the company that Leta went through for the gas cards had had multiple complaints filed against them with the BBB. In addition to these complaints it seems that the gas card company had "a list of civil cases" brought against it before I ever came in to the dealership. All of this means that the dealership had prior indications that the company providing the gas cards was less than reputable and continued to use their products to try and sell cars. It is my fault for trusting a car dealer but I hoped that this one would be different. I have subsequently used another St. Louis area Honda dealership for my car's maintenan (Hide)
