(More) I just moved back to nj and had been workin as customer service rep in pa my job moved out of the country so I had to move back to nj take in mind I have been actively lookin for work and waiting to here back from anyone in the mean time I have nothing and I went to apply for TANF in newark Mrs CARDONA who is spanish discriminated against me because im a black woman she was so rude and very very very unprofessional I pray for her that she looks in a mirror and realize that she is a minority that came from another country to america got this job to treat ppl with disrespect is wrong because im sure she has family members on the system too got some nerve to toot her nose up at another minority get another job Mrs CARDONA because your not happy with this one I wish I had your job so I could show you QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE.!!!

I agree with all this reviews I read. On the 2nd floor everyone in that place are rude, they are not even dress properly for the job, they have piercing, tattoos, texting in the phone and when u ask them a question they don't know how to answer it,... I cant even explain how these workers are so rude. As soon as its your turn they stick their noses up at you before they even know your situation. If you say you need emergency assistance then u should receive a word immediately. well in this case they don't care they let their cases pile up. i hope this system gets better because it ridiculous that when u ask for help and don't recieve it cause of the people who are in charge of funds. Give the jobs to people who really wanna help people in need, not give it away to others who abuse the system. (Hide)

I had a phone appointment with my case worker on the 28th of December and I have NOT gotten a call from him yet. I left message after message and when I got in touch with him he told me he will call me back......it's Jan. 17th and still no call...I... I left message after message and when I got in touch with him he told me he will call me back......it's Jan. 17th and still no call...I have a job....I cant go down there for him to tell me I need to set up an appointment.....I know he's getting paid a pretty penny too!!! I wish I had his job so I could get paid for not helping the people who TRULY NEED HELP!!!!! (Hide)

Some of the workers are considerate and try to help. But u have the workers that are down right disrespectful. If you dont like ur job give it to someone that will do the job right. It is the worst place ever. The workers are beyond rude and just flat out mean. I desperately need a job and id love to have thiers! They sit there and act like they hate doing their jobs.
