We had out 7 year builder grade windows from Patriot? replaced. The owner Brian personally met with us while we... (More) We had out 7 year builder grade windows from Patriot? replaced. The owner Brian personally met with us while we decided what to do with our relatively new windows. His words were "it's unfortunate that we have to meet with such new windows" He never pressured us. He provided multiple references (which we checked out.) We checked their Better Business Bureau record it was very good. A+ if i remember correctly. We spent the time up front and everything exceeded out expectations. The new windows installed were professionally done and the exterior of my home was clean as well as the interior. The installers were very hard workers and very considerate. Also, the owner never even asked for the final payment until we were satisfied and until my husband (who was at work for the last part of the install) inspected. I also had my father who is a retired contractor help us and he thought the work was excellent. What a difference! A stress free experience! I would recommend them to anyone. (Hide)
