(More) I recently received flowers from my family in Tennessee that came from this florist and I was not happy with them. When I received them the spray roses were almost dead and the large red rose on top was soft and already bloomed out. My birthday was the next day and there was no way the roses would have lived until then. When I called the florist and told them I was not happy with them the lady rudely told me the roses were spray roses. I have been around flower shops for over 30 years and I know when the roses are fresh or not. When I told her that I knew they were spray roses she rudely said that they would return and pick them up and refund my sisters account. Then my sister receives a message from the florist and instead of being apologetic they were also very rude. Atleast my sister received her money back. I was told this was suppose to be a great shop but from my experience the customer service is horrible and the flowers were not fresh. (Hide)

Their service is unquestionably the best in Hawaii. The selection and quality of their flowers and plants are always superior. I can't say enough about this wonderful florist!! Anyone needing leis, tropicals or any flowers will be pleasantly suprised about the fantastic customer service and excellent quality of product.
