House was built in 1983 and when we moved in, it looked like the hardwoods hadn't been cleaned/cared for by the previous owner since the day it was built. After our own cleaning there were several "worn" spots in the doorways and a general dull look. Found Ace through the superpages, they were responsive and available to come in and worked with our schedule to get the job done quickly. Suffice it to say they did a professional job. Floors looked great right after they were done and more importantly the finish has held up perfect over the last 7 months. Love looking at the floors everyday. Trash and random materials left everywhere and my doors unlocked with the screen doors open. When the owner arrived, he immediately gave me attitude and never apologized for leaving my place a mess! The boards looked mismatched and almost like different woods. Luckily, they did darken and even out and someone came back to clean up the mess. I'll never recommend them to anyone though. (Hide)

Not only did we get the perfect flooring recommendation, the installation was phenomenal. I am writing this review 6 months later, and everything is as perfect as the first day after it was done. In addition to the great workmanship, the client service and warm attitudes of the entire Ace staff were something to note. We had a pleasant experience just dealing with them.
