Our facility is located in East Brunswick, New Jersey and our area of coverage is all of New Jersey and parts of our bordering states. We have a fleet of modern catering trucks equipped with refrigeration and heating capabilities as well as a large inventory of equipment to set up off site kitchens. Our staff is not only professional with graduates from the Culinary Institute Of America, but they are friendly, honest and we consider them part of our family. Once on site our waiters, waitresses, chefs and other staff members will make you and your guests feel relaxed, pampered and comfortable. Our concept is simple. We serve quality foods presented beautifully. We believe that our portions are very generous and our commitment for excellence places us one step ahead of our competitors. We cater to a wide variety of clients and have developed many menus both corporate and private to choose from. We also offer a custom menu service at no additional charge. We are very flexible with menus and you can be confident that we will surpass your expectations of quantity, quality and presentation.
