My girlfriend broke down on Hwy 101-I called and the gentleman-no wait-the rude person who answered acted like he didn't want to answer my questions and was $3.50 a mile MORE expensive then the polite gentleman I got to tow it-DO NOT RECOMMEND unles... (More)

Sorry for your experience. The answering service can't really help with car problems at night and on the weekends, they just dispatch the Tow trucks. We only charge 3.50 a mile one way, so I can't figure it was 3.50 a mile more then normal and we gi... (More)
