I went online to SuperPages.com and UrbanInsuranceAgency.com had the lowest price, hands down. I just put down $60 and they electronicly filed the sr-22 the "same day".
I told my sister to go to Urban Insurance.

I contacted Urban Insurance online for a quote on my car insurance. They were the first of the three companies to Email me back. They had the lowest price of any of the places I contacted. Urban was more than $250 less than Progressive.
