Twice tried to kill my car. Kuni Honda on Arapahoe did not tighten the oil drain plug after I had an oil change. I caught the problem after driving my Element home. The next morning I found a huge puddle of oil under my car. I was able to tighten th... (More) Twice tried to kill my car. Kuni Honda on Arapahoe did not tighten the oil drain plug after I had an oil change. I caught the problem after driving my Element home. The next morning I found a huge puddle of oil under my car. I was able to tighten the plug with my fingers it was so loose. It had to be towed and they gave me a voucher on my next oil change. I figured this was a unique human mistake but I was wrong. About three months later I took my other car (CRV) in for routine maintenance. On the way home a poorly tightened antifreeze line came undone and blew antifreeze all over the inside of the engine hood. I had to pull over and again I had to be towed. I will NOT be coming back. I have had service done here for all of my vehicles for over 6 years and something has changed within the last year with quality control for the worse. (Hide)

Came in to look at specific advertised vehicle and he was able to answer all my questions and allowed me to take as much time as I wanted and spent over 4 hours walking me through 6 cars I kept wanting to look at. He was able to help me make sense of new or used and all the pros and cons of each vehicle I looked at. Tim the sales manager was great and Barry the loan officer made it easy to finance there (competitive too). They work with you on the price and make sure the payments fit your budget. The SUV I ended up buying is literally the cleanest best deal I've ever gotten on a vehicle - below NADA and totally loaded. I had a friend who bought there before and said good things but I never believed a dealership could ever be the right place to get the best deal. The dealer charged us a "dealer handling cost" of $450 as well as "the Colorado package" which included $600 extras including over-priced floor mats, nitrogen in the tires, mud guards (all of which this dealership presented as non-negotiable, but when pressured, they relented somewhat). I do not believe the Costo auto buying service is any better than any other buying service and the whole experience was very stressful. This car almost cost as much as our first house!
