I used Taylor moving twice within a four month period. The first time went extremely well and I tipped the three... (More) I used Taylor moving twice within a four month period. The first time went extremely well and I tipped the three movers $40 each. Thus, when it came time for my second move I called them again. This time they sent a mover with a broken hand and another who couldn't seem to find enough walls to knock my furniture against. The final tally was six pieces of furniture damaged - two significantly, major damage to the casing around a door, and one unhappy customer. Over the next two months I played phone-tag with the owners. They even asked me to call at certain times, but when I did as they requested I got voicemail and no return call. It has now been three months since the second move and I still have no resolution. I think the most frustrating thing about this situation is not the furniture damage (I had anticipated some damage would occur), but rather the lack of professionalism by Taylor Moving. Therefore, I would rate Taylor Moving as below average. (Hide)

(More) As the owner of Taylor Moving I am very sorry that any of our customers were unhappy with the service they received from us. We do try very hard to resolve all problems in a timely manner but sometimes that is not always possible. This incident was eventually resolved with the customer and we have taken this matter to heart and changed how we handle any compliants or concerns. (Hide)
