I am a college student and they have explained everything to me about my car and even called my parents and explained it all over to them. I highly recommend this shop to anyone that is looking for a friendly and professional place to go. (Hide)

Terrible Service. I will agree they seem friendly, however I took my car in for what I was initially quoted $560 to... (More) Terrible Service. I will agree they seem friendly, however I took my car in for what I was initially quoted $560 to fix the 4WD and then I get a call later that day that it will be $700. That's fine and definitely possible. My car was expected within a day, and I heard nothing. On the 3rd day I call to find out that it is now $750 and the problem is still not fixed. Moreover, they claimed the increase was to replace a switch which I know for a fact was working when I took it in. After asking about this, I was told I will get a call back. Update: I went to pick up my car and the price was $1390. I realized the Haglin means you have to haggle for the price you were quoted. My price was doubled. When I confronted him, the price suddenly dropped to $1008, because of a mistake that was found in the paper work. I still had to pay and extra 300 after all, but they will take as much as you let them. I recommend that you seriously consider using this service, you will get taken advantage of. (Hide)
