I called DLC and explained that the neighbor called and said the swamp cooler was tipped over and loose. Martin Sharp of DLC came out in the brutal wind and cold to help. It was impossible in the wind to do anything. He stated it was still connected via the conduit and cord so he did not think it would come loose. My fear was the thing flying off into the neighbors house or cars or my house or some one passing on the street. Mr. Sharp stated he would be back in the morning to secure the cooler. I would recommend Mr. Sharp and DLC to anyone who has a plumbing, cooling problem. The professional was outstanding. LBJ Albuquerque, NM (Hide)

We had a couple of days of subzero temps and the water line to the house froze and broke in the garage. We called DLC plumbing late in the morning, talked to the actual plumber, not an answering service, and by late afternoon he was fixing the broken water pipe. This is after calling 6 other plumbing companies that told us they could schedule us sometime the next week (at least 5 days out). The work was superb, Mike and Brian were more than skilled, and the cost was extremely reasonable. We are selling this house, going to build a new one and have decided we need to have DLC do the plumbing work. We've used lots of different plumbers in Albuquerque before with bitter disappointments; not with DLC. Thanks guys - you are the best, can't thank you enough. (Hide)

A little later than expected (hey, it was during a cold snap in early December -- go figure!) but they CALLED to let me know, rather than leave me wondering. They were the only ones who answered the phone when I called. He told me they had a cancellation so he could come over in less than an hour. He showed up 30 minutes later and figured out that the wires were lose on the back of the thermostat and he fixed them. It cost me less than $100, less than an hour, and all of this on a Saturday!!! I called for an estimate on replacing my sewer line because of there reviews and they said they would beat any estimate by 10% from another plumber. there price was over 200 bucks less than my other quotes. Good work...GREAT price.

I am a single mom. My toilet was backed up. OK friday at 445 pm The gentleman asked if thier was any other plumbing issues. well my kitchen faucet had a small drip Brian fixed it. I highly reccomend this company their clean prompt and on time
